Sterling Construction Management, LLC wins the Best Single Family Home - Class V award in the Home Builders Association of West Virginia’s Best in West Virginia competition. The HBA presented Sterling Construction Management, LLC with the award during its annual convention and awards banquet at The Greenbrier on October 31, 2009.

Each year, the Home Builders Association recognizes the achievements of West Virginia builders by selecting what is, in the opinion of the committee, the best new single family home in each of six categories. SCM’s 2009 Class V entry was the Mancuso-Neumann residence at The Greenbrier Sporting Club. The 3,200 square foot cedar and brick home consists of five bedrooms, five and one half baths and boasts hardwood flooring, granite countertops, Kohler bath fixtures, Kolbe & Kolbe windows, Sub Zero/Wolf appliances as well as custom interior trim details throughout. In addition, numerous sustainable building materials and practices were utilized such as the standing seam metal roof, spray foam insulation, 16 SEER HVAC system, water conserving bath fixtures and low VOC paints. “SCM exceeded our expectations,” says Vince Mancuso, homeowner.
